Cold-pressed juices made from certain fruits and vegetables can help ease stress by providing nutrients that support relaxation and reduce the impact of stress on the body. Here's a recipe for a stress-relief cold-pressed juice:

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized cucumber

  • 2-3 stalks of celery

  • 1 small green apple

  • 1/2 lemon (including the peel)

  • A handful of kale or spinach leaves

  • A small piece of ginger (about 1 inch)

Instructions:

  1. Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Cut the cucumber, celery, and apple into small pieces that can easily fit into your juicer.

  3. Cut the lemon in half, and if your juicer can handle it, include the peel as it contains valuable nutrients.

  4. Add the kale or spinach leaves to the mix.

  5. Peel the ginger and add it to the other ingredients.

  6. Run all the ingredients through a cold press juicer to extract the juice.

  7. Once the juice is ready, give it a good stir and serve immediately.

This cold-pressed juice contains a combination of hydrating cucumber, stress-reducing celery, vitamin C from the lemon, and the anti-inflammatory properties of ginger.
